There's no extra charge for nights, weekends or public holidays, and we're available 24/7, 7 days a week, aiming for same-day where we can.
Paying and backing it

What We Do
Our plumbers cover the full range of general plumbing and gas work:
- Emergency plumbing: burst pipes, toilets overflowing, cold showers and gas smells, at any hour.
- General plumbing: taps and toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, gas work and hidden leaks.
- Drainage: blocked drains, sewer lines, stormwater lines and camera inspections underground.
- Hot water: repairs that keep a tired tank going, and full replacements when it's finished.
Working Around Kedron
Two housing generations, two sets of problems
This is a suburb of tram-era weatherboard houses and newer flat blocks, and both keep us busy. Raised homes plumbed when town water first arrived can still hold galvanised steel supply lines, while the newer apartments by the Gympie Road shops hide dozens of braided hoses behind their basins.
Low ground near the brook
We also work the streets close to the brook, where Council's flood mapping touches the edges and stormwater drains feel the summer storms first. It's the kind of ground that keeps a plumber sharp, and it's our regular run.

Questions About the Business
Call (07) 3522 5623Who does the actual work on my job?
Every job is done by a licensed plumber, so the person who arrives at your door in Kedron holds the licence the work is carried out under, and the invoice carries the same number.
What does your licence cover?
Plumbing, drainage and gasfitting are the classes we hold, so everything from a tap washer to a gas bayonet point in a Kedron home is within scope, and it's all done under QBCC No: 15024607.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We work this suburb plus Chermside, Wavell Heights, Kalinga, Lutwyche and Gordon Park, with the same crew, the same flat-rate pricing and the same $0 call-out fees on every single visit.
How do you charge for a job?
You get flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees, and nothing starts until you've approved the fixed quote, so the figure you agree to is the figure you pay.
What if something goes wrong after you leave?
Our labour carries a lifetime labour warranty, and the Fix-It-or-It's-Free guarantee (T&Cs apply) stands behind the work, so any fault that comes back gets looked at again.
How do I book a plumber in Kedron?
Call (07) 3522 5623 at any hour, because we're available 24/7 with $0 call-out fees and no extra charge for weekends or public holidays, and we'll set a time that suits, same-day where we can.
